We are fully aware of the problems caused by poorly defined or "Basic" construction documents. DESIGN COUNSELING
Design Counseling is a unique group of services offered from an unbiased source providing the practical and essential information needed by owners and investors of residential and commercial properties. This service allows owners to make pre-purchase or pre-construction decisions before the formal process of engaging design or construction professionals for traditional services.
The desired result is to provide you with hands on material through sketch style reports and design completed in a single meeting. At this meeting, such factors as budget, cost estimates, existing building or property conditions, needed space, services, codes, zoning, etc., are evaluated and developed into a sketch style report.
Occasionally, more extensive or specialized reports are required to complete our work. This work is approached in the same manner as our single meeting service, fast and thorough.
